South Point’s accommodations are comprised of waterfront suites that overlook the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Harbour marina. Housed in five individual 2- and 3-storey buildings along the coast, each of the suite offers immediate access to the pool, jetty, and small private beach. Resort facilities are reserved for guests only, creating a peaceful, secluded oasis in the midst of Antigua’s most popular destination – outside of the capital, St. John’s – English Harbour.

There are just two room categories at South Point Antigua: the 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite and the 2-Bedroom Penthouse Suite. The 20 Deluxe Suites occupy the ground floor and first floor of each building, while the 3 Penthouse Suites span the top floors of the 3 central buildings. The ground floor suites are raised slightly off the main walkway, with just 5 steps leading up to private patios. The first floor (second level) suites are accessed by external staircases and feature spacious covered balconies, while the rooftop-style Penthouse balconies afford added privacy and expansive views of the surrounding area.

Each of the open plan 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suites offers a full kitchen, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, an interior lounge, and luxurious en-suite with double basin sinks and a walk-in shower.

These rooms can be sold as interconnecting suites with removable balcony dividers. Bedding options include a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Max occupancy for this room is 2 adults or 2 adults sharing with 1 child.

The 2-Bedroom Penthouse Suites are also accessed via an external staircase that opens onto a private patio entrance. Featuring two private en-suite bedrooms, two separate interior lounges, a fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining, and a double balcony, these accommodations are ideal for families or friends traveling together. The furnished rooftop balcony includes a love seat and coffee table, 4 sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table with a large sun umbrella. Bedding options include a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Max occupancy for this room is 4 adults or 4 adults sharing with 2 children.

Terms + Additional Charges

Rates are inclusive of an additional 17% Tax and 10% Service Charge. A Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per night for adults and children over 6 years of age will be added to the final bill.
Check-in is at 15.00 and Check-out is at 12.00 noon.
Deluxe Suites rates assume 2 persons; max occupancy of 4 persons, including children.
Penthouse Suites rates assume 4 persons; max occupancy is 8 persons, including children.
There is an extra person charge of US$ 55 per night excluding Tax & Service charges.
Children 4 and under stay free; cots are subject to availability.

Deposit + Cancellation Policies

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance will be due on arrival.
Cancellations received less than 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.
We will not be able to refund any portion for no-shows or early check-outs.
